Here she is, with the full version to be unveiled on Novemeber 20th at the L.A. Auto Show. Of course the internet is ablaze with opinions and insights about the changes as it always is. One thing remains, that change is going to come, that Subaru is going to keep making cars, and that the WRX is going to continue to grip the minds of enthusiasts for many years to come. Like you, we are eagerly awaiting the rest of the car, and feel mildly annoyed at the teaser images; give us ALL or Nothing!
Living in the ol’ Co Springs is great for a number of reasons… Not to mention the insane community focus and support of everyone over at the Independent. Every year they do a ‘Best Of’ report and find the best local places for things ranging from Medical Marijuana dispensaries to Restaurants to car dealerships. This year we were fortunate to win in 2 categories, “Best Service at a dealership,” and also, “Best New Foreign Car Dealership.” Obviously, this is a huge honor, cause people have a jillion choices in town, across the state, and all across the nation for these things. We continue to believe that Colorado Springs Rocks, and we are so grateful to be where we are.
We recently saw the 4 millionth Subaru roll off the assembly line up in Indiana and what an amazing accomplishment to celebrate. It is understood that Subaru is a Japanese born brand, but people still act surprised to know that Subaru has such a presence not only in America, but right down there in the heartland, Indiana. The facility has gained recognition as a zero-waste, ecological habitat, but we cannot forget the sheer amount of vehicles that are produced out of this one plant. So grateful to work for a parent company with such a vision for the present and the future. SUBIELOVE!!!
Chances are, that at some point in your life you’ve felt like this;
So how does a person afford a new car? Maybe work three jobs, panhandle, inheritance? These are all viable and thankfully ‘legal’ options. Unless of course you’re panhandling in certain cities, where it’s not allowed. But let’s not get caught up in the small stuff… Instead, let’s focus on someone who DID figure out a way to pay for the new STi.
I came across this video on YouTube a couple of weeks ago and immediately sent it out to several friends while simultaneously sharing here in our office. It’s hard not to get wrapped up in this kids ingenuity…so without further adieu!
Here is the most current installment of the Launch Control Series. What an amazing and beautiful documentation of the Subaru Rally teams and all that goes into being involved with Rally. Here’s to hoping that Subaru continues to push into the rally scene, never giving up, never holding back; SubieLove
You can see the full article below at the link below, but here’s the gist of this amazing news: “A new small SUV champion has been named: the 2014 Subaru Forester. This redesigned model earned an impressive road-test score of 88 points (out of 100 possible), besting last-year’s model by eight points and trouncing the previous leader, the Honda CR-V, by 11 points. Yeah, it’s that good.”
Cheers to the 2014 Subaru Forester, and to Subaru for making a truly exceptional vehicle!
