Okay it’s time! We are running our annual pet photo contest again. (It’s annual now that it’s the 2nd year we’ve run it back) The rules are pretty straight forward, with a couple little twists. Also, we are partnering again with the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region, and their media team will be judging the winning photos.
All you need to do to enter is post your photo onto our Facebook timeline and please use the hashtags #SubaruPetPics and #SubaruSTLPets in your post. We will compile all the photos and announce the winners on Tuesday January 7th through our Facebook page. The contest runs from RIGHT NOW until Sunday January 5th. We have three categories you can enter, with 1st place and 2nd place prizes being awarded in each category. 1st place for each category wins a $100 Petco giftcard and 2nd place wins a $50 Petco giftcard.
The categories are:
1. Your Pet. (Just the best, most creative, beautiful picture of your Pet)
2. Your Pet in a Subaru (Same thing as above, just IN a Subaru)
3. Your Pet with uniformed military personnel. (Same as #1, just with uniformed military in the pic)
Pretty straight forward, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions you may have! Start posting your pics!
Hello friends!!! We are running a contest from December 1st to December 31st 2012 to help raise awareness for what the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region is doing for homeless animals in conjunction with the Subaru Share the Love campaign. The contest is simple, here’s the skinny;
3 categories : 2 prizes for each category : $250 to Petco or $100 to REi
1. A picture of you and your adopted animal
2. A picture of you and your adopted animal in a Subaru
3. *Military only* A picture of you, in your uniform with your animal. Subaru optional, but good for the judges
For all categories, you MUST share your photo either to our Facebook Page, Twitter Feed, or here on our blog. OR you can email them to me directly. That way we can print up the entries and judge them fairly!
Here’s an example of what kind of picture could work:
This weekend (March 30-April 1), more than 50 animal rescues across the country & some local dealerships are joining forces to co-host some epic adoption events. The ASPCA threw in almost $500,000 to help them adopt out a whole bunch of cats and dogs. “We hope the grant funding will help these rescue organizations—in collaboration with other groups in their community—save a record number of lives during the ASPCA’s ‘Mega Match-a-thon’ event,” says ASPCA President & CEO Ed Sayres. “If we all work together, we can find loving homes for the many homeless animals in shelters across the country.”
